Not Registered = No records found

Current = No filings due within 6 months

Upcoming Filing = Filings due within 6 months

Pending / In Process = Public registry indicates the registration or filing status is pending processing

Failed to Renew = Public registry indicates the organization failed to renew its registration

Delinquent = Filing, renewal, registration, or license is overdue, expired, or noncompliant

Revoked / Suspended = Public registry indicates the registration is revoked, suspended, or the organization is not authorized to solicit

Exempt = Public registry indicates the organization is exempt from charitable registration or annual filing requirements in that state

Closed / Withdrawn / Canceled = Public registry indicates the registration is no longer active under a closed, withdrawn, canceled, inactive, retired, terminated, or voluntarily deactivated status
