One-Time Filing Authorization & Terms

Service: State charitable registration / renewal filing support

Provider: Compliance Express, LLC (“Compliance Express”)

Client: The organization completing the intake form (“Client”)

1. Scope of Services

Compliance Express will prepare and submit one (1) state charitable registration or renewal filing as described in Client’s intake submission and confirmed by Compliance Express after review.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, services do not include:

Additional services, if needed, will be quoted separately.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents, and to respond promptly to follow-up requests. Compliance Express relies on Client-provided information and is not responsible for errors or omissions originating from Client materials.

3. Authorization to File

Client authorizes Compliance Express to:

Client remains the legal owner of the filing and is ultimately responsible for its contents.

4. Fees and Payment

After Compliance Express reviews Client’s intake submission, Client will be provided a payment link reflecting the service fee and any applicable government filing fees.

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced or a filing has been submitted.

5. Timeline

Compliance Express aims to prepare and submit filings within 72 hours of receiving complete intake information, required supporting documents, and payment of applicable fees. Timelines may vary due to state processing systems or incomplete submissions.

6. No Legal Advice

Compliance Express is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Services are administrative and compliance-filing support services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compliance Express’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Compliance Express is not responsible for state processing delays, rejections caused by inaccurate Client information, or prior compliance issues not disclosed by Client.

8. Communications Authorization

Client authorizes Compliance Express to communicate with state agencies, receive notices, and respond to routine correspondence related to Client’s filing.

9. Acceptance

By submitting the intake form and/or making payment, Client agrees to these terms and authorizes Compliance Express to proceed with the filing.
